We want all of our customers to be happy with their products. If, for some reason, you are not, we will accept refunds and exchanges for up to one week, from when you received your package. blah. blah. blah.
We offer several different ways to ship your packages. The prices vary depending on what you choose, the weight of the box and/or your total sale. Most packages will shipped via USPS, some may be sent by UPS. We try very hard to keep your shipping costs to an absolute minimum!
We cannot ship to a PO Box or an FPO/APO address. Shipping to an additional address is an additional cost.
Standard delivery orders will be processed within 2-3 business days. Transit times average between 2-5 business days. Please do not include weekends or holidays when calculating your package arrival time.
Once an order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number within 1-2 days.
LOCAL PICK UP IS FREE in Bethesda! Please make sure to include your phone number so we can schedule a time for pick up.

We don't really care how small your order is - we are just thrilled that you want something! Just remember, your shipping may cost more than your order, if you order just one or two smaller items.
A few of our products are edible. These include jimmies, sanding sugars, nonpareils and our candy doodads. These items last indefinitely as long as they are stored in a cool, dry place. They do not need to be refridgerated.
All items are packaged from the manufacturer or Ready, Set, Fete has packaged many items in clear cellophane bags with a tie made of adorable blue and yellow ricrac. If you are looking to give them as gifts, they look great!
We will box up all items and send them in shipping boxes. If anything is fragile, we will make sure it is secured!
